Behavioral Science at the Frontiers of Public Health
Cohort 7 | July 3 – August 7, 2026 | Fridays, 2–4pm GMT
This is not a general introduction to behavioral science. This is a course taught directly from original implementation research — cases that BiL and ABSN are actively conducting in the field.
Cohort 7 focuses on two frontier problems in global health:
- Lenacapavir demand generation — What can HPV vaccine experience and behavioral insights tell us about designing effective Lenacapavir interventions in sub-Saharan Africa?
- Vaccine cold chain maintenance — How do system failures and human decisions collide in cold chain breakdowns, and what does behavioral science offer?
These are not textbook cases. They are live research questions that BiL and ABSN are working on now.
The course is delivered live online over five Friday sessions and is designed for practitioners working in public health programs across Africa and South Asia.
Previous cohorts have reached practitioners from 25 countries. The course operates on a pay-what-you-can model.
